Installing AUTOONE 9007 Plug and Play LED Headlight Bulbs in an MK4 (2002) VW Jetta
Переглядів 55День тому
AUTOONE LED contacted me and asked if I would try out some of their lights and post a video. This is my unbiased review and installation video. They were absolutely simple to install and were just plug and play with nothing else required. They’re much brighter than the original lights and seem to have a better focused beam than others I’ve tried. If you use my referral link: www.autooneled.com/...
Seina Collapsable Wagon

I previously posted this video but accidentally deleted it. Reposting also gives me the chance to say that after using the wagon, I give it 9/10. Bought this wagon for a road trip we were going on. I wanted something to help carry all the stuff that my wife and I tend to bring along whenever we go anywhere. It worked perfect for hauling our suitcases, a cooler and all the other stuff we brought...
Turn Signal Level Extension
Переглядів 9614 днів тому
When I added the quick release to my Miata it moved the steering wheel about an inch closer to me and away from the turn signal lever. Not a big problem bt made it impossible to flick the lever with my finger without removing my hand from the steering wheel. Well, this extender should fix that Thanks for watching! You have the wrong tip. The flux core nozzle should screw onto the gun just as the the gas nozzle does, no gap. The correct tip is not tapered, smaller diameter and fits through the nozzle just fine.
Great work
hey I know this is a super old video but I got a mini bike with this engine on it and when I start it it’s full throttle and you have to pull a string to turn the engine off and it doesn’t idle
I ordered a throttle for it but it still won’t idle so what do I do to fix it to where it won’t move while running until I pull the e throttle
@@BostonFrosch You'll have to mount a spring from the carb to something to pull the throttle on the carb closed
Hi Bruce, thanks for the very helpful video. I have a 2002 Yamaha Vino which looks much the same as your 2004 machine. One difference seems to be the cord with the battery connector. I was able to remove the old battery, but the connector doesn’t pull out very far at all. I don’t have a new battery yet but I can imagine that it’s going to be a challenge to hook up the new battery to the connector. Any suggestions?
They don't give you much room at all to change the battery. Without seeing it, it's tough to give any advice, but it's probably just gonna be really difficult. Good luck
Gracias 🫂 Thanks.
You're welcome
Would the heat travel all the way through a 4 inch bolt to get a captive nut hot enough to break free, very rusty. All the videos show a test of an exposed nut being heated and not sure this tool can perform what I need it to do. Any help greatly appreciated.
I doubt it. The heat is very localized to the area inside of the coil. Of course there will be some radiation of heat travel through the bolt but I don't think it would be enough to make a difference on a nut 3-3 1/2' away from the area being heated. Is this a captive nut inside a frame? Like for a control arm or something?
@@BruceLyeg Trying to drop the front differential on my truck. Bolt goes through an insulator in a bracket into a boxed in frame into one of those caged nuts. The first of 4 bolts I need to remove is already starting to spin in the cage. My only option looks to be to cut an access hole to hold the nut, but then welding the frame will be needed. Thanks for your reply, at least I didn't waste money on a tool that wouldn't help.
@@dalemihocik4732 Sorry I couldn't be of more help. I asked what the application was because I've had the same issue on my Santa Fe and an old Toyota truck. I ended up having to cut a flap in the frame. Cut three sides and peel it back, you can bend it back in place and only have to weld about an inch and a half if you're careful. My Santa Fe I never got around to welding the flap back up and just sealed it with silicone. It lasted another seven years till I sold it. Good luck

Got up to +42c when I was on vacation. Waaay too hot to do anything
I worry about the plastic housings that all headlights use now. Temp difference would be interesting.
You mean the clear lens and the rest of the housing or the bulb housing itself? I remember how hot the old Halogens would get, but as a bonus they melted the snow off too. LEDs won't do that but are much brighter and supposedly last way longer, my experience doesn't really show that but meh
I highly recommend you don't review tools that you don't know what some of the parts are for

At best it's a fun toy that looks cool to display
Any idea how large of rims it can accommodate? I'm guessing 18-20 no issue? The HF ones all say 16" max, I'm guessing just due to the difficulty holding the stupid bar straight.
